No Reason for Return

You can choose to return the item within 14 days after receiving the item without providing a reason.


Quality Issues or Non-Human Damage

For issues related to product quality or non-user-caused damage (except warranty items), you can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days. Return or exchange requests after 30 days will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging.


How to initiate a return

1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to start the return or exchange process.


2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise to ensure it complies with our return policy, a refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

Please allow approximately 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Go to Order History and select the order you want to return.


3. Click the Return button to start your return request.


Once you have submitted your request, our Customer Service team will contact you via the email registered in your account to discuss the reason for the return and provide the necessary return address.


If the shipment is damaged, please follow these additional guidelines:

1. If possible, report the issue directly to the courier's delivery representative before accepting the package. They will guide you through the complaint process.


2. If you have already signed for the package, take photos to record the damage and contact the courier's local office to file a formal complaint. They will have a procedure in place for you to seek compensation.


3. Contact us immediately with your order number and details or pictures of the damaged item. We will contact the courier on your behalf.


4. Once the courier confirms the claim, they will reimburse us and we will pass the compensation on to you. The amount of compensation may vary depending on the circumstances and the courier's policy. In some cases, you may need to incur shipping costs to return the damaged item to us so that we can replace it with a new one.


Warranty Exceptions and Important Information:

1. The warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by normal wear and tear or during use. These responsibilities are borne by the customer.


2. The warranty will be immediately void if the product is damaged or misused by the customer. No compensation will be provided in this case. However, customers are still welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare part if available. We will charge the full price of the part plus any shipping costs required to ship the part.


3. All returns require prior authorization from our support team. Refunds will only be processed after the item is returned to the address provided by our staff. If the customer returns the package without authorization, sends it to the wrong address, returns the wrong item, or sends an empty box, no compensation will be provided for these actions.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange the item for a different size, color, or design, please indicate your preference when requesting a return.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error or the product is defective, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
